When you create an account, browse the SMMIU dashboard, or submit an order through our platform, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to everything written here. These Terms apply universally to first-time visitors, regular buyers, and resellers alike.

IT ORM reserves the right to revise these Terms at any point. The updated version will always be live on this page with a refreshed date at the top. Carrying on with your use of SMMIU after an update means you accept whatever has changed.

SMMIU is a professional Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel built for individuals, brands, and resellers who want to grow their digital presence efficiently. Our platform supports promotional services across a wide range of platforms, including:

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram
• Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and SoundCloud
• Spotify, Kick, Shopee, OpenSea, and other emerging platforms

The services we offer span followers, likes, views, comments, shares, streams, and various forms of engagement, with over 1,200 service options available on our panel.

Creating an account on SMMIU gives you access to our full dashboard and service catalogue. To keep your account secure and compliant, you take on the following responsibilities from the moment you register:

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept current
• Your login credentials are yours alone; keeping them confidential is entirely your responsibility
• Everything that happens under your account is attributed to you, whether or not you personally authorised it
• If you ever suspect your account has been accessed without your knowledge, notify us at [email protected] without delay
• Accounts must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other individual

SMMIU is not accountable for losses that result from inadequate account security on your end. Accounts found to be shared, compromised, or used in ways that violate these Terms may be suspended or permanently closed.

SMMIU services are intended for lawful use only. By placing orders through our platform, you confirm that your use aligns with both these Terms and the policies of the social media platforms involved.

The Following Are Strictly Not Permitted

• Placing orders for accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage
• Using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Running multiple SMM services simultaneously on the same account or page can disrupt order accuracy and delivery
• Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the SMMIU platform
• Reselling our services in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies

Breaching any of the above may lead to the immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of all pending orders, and forfeiture of any balance remaining, with no prior warning issued.

How Orders Work

All orders are submitted through the SMMIU dashboard. Before confirming any order, verify that the account URL, quantity, and service type are correct. Once an order moves into processing, it cannot be edited or recalled. Orders submitted with incorrect details do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront before any service is initiated. SMMIU accepts 15+ payment methods to make this as accessible as possible, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The minimum deposit amount is $1 USD, and all transactions are processed through secure channels.

How Pricing Works

Service rates on SMMIU reflect current market conditions and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Any price change takes effect only for new orders; orders that have already been confirmed and charged will not be affected. We recommend checking current rates before each new order.

SMMIU operates on a fully automated delivery infrastructure. The vast majority of orders begin processing within one minute of confirmation. That said, a few important points apply:

• Delivery timeframes shown on the platform are estimates, not guaranteed commitments
• Actual delivery speed can vary based on service type, the quantity ordered, and any drip-feed settings you have selected
• A longer-than-estimated delivery time alone does not constitute grounds for a refund
• In rare cases of technical disruption or system maintenance, delivery may experience delays. Our team will work to resolve these as quickly as possible

For high-volume orders or complex service configurations, additional processing time should be expected. Our support team is reachable around the clock via Telegram for any questions about an active order.

Cancelling an Order

Cancellations are only possible before delivery has commenced. Once processing has started, an order cannot be stopped or reversed. If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, contact our Telegram support team immediately. Timing is critical.

When a Refund May Be Issued

Refunds are considered in the following situations:

• An order fails, and our team is unable to re-deliver it
• A duplicate charge or technical error in our results in an incorrect payment
• A payment issue is verified and confirmed on our side

When Refunds Do Not Apply

The following scenarios fall outside our refund eligibility:

• Orders placed targeting private, restricted, or inaccessible accounts
• Incorrect details entered by the user, wrong URL, wrong username, or wrong quantity
• Interference caused by running multiple SMM services on the same account simultaneously
• Orders that have been partially or fully delivered
• Dissatisfaction with results that fall within the stated delivery parameters

Refill Coverage

Some services on SMMIU come with a refill guarantee. Where this applies, we will top up any dropped results within 30 days of the original delivery date. Refill eligibility is listed individually on each service. Please review this before ordering.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first allowing us to address the matter is a direct violation of these Terms.

Doing so will result in the immediate and permanent closure of your account, cancellation of all active orders, reversal of any delivered services, and may lead to legal proceedings to recover the disputed amount.

SMMIU reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at our discretion. The following situations will typically result in immediate action without prior notice:

• Fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity: Permanent ban, all orders cancelled, and any balance forfeited.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute: Permanent ban with delivered services reversed.
• Violation of platform Terms or unlawful use: Immediate suspension or permanent closure, depending on severity.
• Abusive or threatening conduct toward support staff: Account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

Any balance remaining in a terminated account is non-refundable when the termination stems from a policy violation.

SMMIU is committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience. However, the nature of social media marketing means there are boundaries to what we can control or guarantee. By using our platform, you accept the following:

• We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or business outcomes from any service
• SMMIU is not liable for any account restriction, suspension, or content removal enacted by a social media platform as a consequence of using our services
• We bear no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform
• Service disruptions caused by third-party platform outages, algorithm shifts, or policy changes are outside our control and do not entitle users to a refund
• All services are provided on an as-is basis; no warranties are made beyond what is explicitly stated in individual service descriptions

Social media platforms enforce their own rules independently. SMMIU has no influence over platform-side decisions regarding your account.

Everything on the SMMIU platform the design, written content, service names, logos, graphics, and overall structure is the intellectual property of IT ORM. These assets are protected and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

• You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit any part of our platform content
• Using the SMMIU name, logo, or branding in any external context requires prior approval from IT ORM
• Content you submit as part of placing an order, such as account usernames or URLs, remains your own property

SMMIU offers full API access to all registered users, making it straightforward to integrate our services into your own panel or reseller operation. If you use SMMIU in a reselling capacity, the following additional conditions apply:

• You accept complete responsibility for the services you deliver to your own clients
• Delivery timeframes and guarantees communicated to your clients must stay within what is stated on our platform, do not overclaim
• All resale activity must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your operating jurisdiction
• For wholesale or custom pricing discussions, contact our team directly. Flexible arrangements are available

SMMIU does not manage or mediate disputes between resellers and their end clients. Your client relationships are entirely your own.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or connected to the use of SMMIU services falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Should any individual clause within these Terms be found unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue to stand in full.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our operations, legal obligations, or service offerings. When changes are made, the date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to check back periodically. Continuing to use SMMIU after an update has been posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, please stop using the platform and contact us to discuss your options.
